This survey supports training providers, employers, and apprenticeship coordinators in monitoring apprentice wellbeing, confidence, and progress over time. Use it as a regular check-in weekly, monthly or at key milestones to identify early signs of struggle, highlight successes, and pinpoint where additional support may be needed. The results help improve retention, strengthen pastoral support, and enhance the overall apprenticeship experience.
