Brenda Ambani Is a lawyer by profession. Having studied the University of London LLB degree and an LLM from the University of South wales. She was employed by African Prisons project-Justice defenders in February 2016, as a tutor. She teaches property law, contract law and Legal system and methods. She is a Senior Tutor and programme lead for the legal education programme. The position involves teaching and overseeing the running of the University of London Programme. Apart from teaching, she also co-ordinates activities with the University of London, organizing and attending stakeholder meetings eg meetings with the Kenya prisons services and meetings with donors, searching and recruitment of volunteers to assist in the delivery of the modules. Volunteers come from both the United Kingdom and Kenya. She sits in the senior management meetings. Brenda is now in her fifth year of employment by Justice defenders.
