I'm a qualified person centred therapist volunteering at ABF. I've been with ABF for around 3 years now and I'm very much enjoying my time here. I'm currently waiting to start a CBT course to add to my existing skillset. I'm a single mum or 2, Elsey 10 and Stanley 8. My day job is working for a credit card company dealing directly with customers who are in financial difficulty who also have health issues both physically and mentally. My role there is to support people back to financial health whilst also offering emotional support and signposting to appropriate charities.
